A Thankful Heart

Welcome to a new month of articles, information and fun here at WoW Connect!.  This begins our second month in existence, and it was great to see so many hits on our little blog this past month! People from all over the country (and even another country or two) found us and were hopefully encouraged and blessed by what they read here.  We are thankful for this opportunity to minister to any woman who wishes to join us here.  Spread the word--send the link to any ladies you think would enjoy the content of our site.

Gratitude is what we are focusing on this month at WoW Connect!.  Thanksgiving isn't just a day to eat turkey and watch parades and football.  It's meant to be a time to reflect on our blessings and thank the Lord for all we have!  Talk with your family and friends about that for which you are grateful and urge them to express their gratitude as well.  Let's encourage one another to be thankful every day!

We hope you enjoy this month's edition of WoW Connect!.  I just love Jen's honest and heart-felt book review in "Coffee and a Book" (why not fix up your favorite warm beverage to sip while browsing our site?), and you won't want to miss Diana's interview with Kari Stembel in "Life Stories."  You can also find a devotional challenge about gratitude in the "At His Feet" column.

One thing we could use your help with, to make this blog all that it was meant to be, is more interaction.  Our "Question of the Week" column is a great way to start.  Simple questions are there for everyone to discuss each week.  Why not answer this week's question, and previous ones as well?  Also, we want you to glorify God, and encourage others, by telling us what He's doing in your life in "God Sightings."  Just send a note to the editor (address on left-hand side of page), or leave a comment yourself.  It doesn't have to be a dramatic story--it's all important--and you can include your name or remain anonymous if you wish.  We'd love your input on "Home Made Simple" as well.  Send us your recipes, store deals, tips for the home, etc. and we will post them for you.  It's a great way to share what you know and be a blessing to other ladies.

Happy Thanksgiving, one and all!

You are loved,
