New Beginnings

Welcome, all you beautiful ladies!  It's a new year, and we're talking about new beginnings this month here on WoW Connect!.  We hope you will find encouragement here as you browse our various columns.  This is the time of year when many women have a more difficult time with tendencies toward depression, the blues or even just feeling cooped up or hopeless that spring will ever arrive.

Take heart, my dear friends!  Spring always follows winter--really it does! :)  And we at WoW Connect! are here to remind you of that.  We want you to know and remember that you are not alone, and that Jesus Christ invites you to cast your cares on Him.  We also want this to be a place of cheer for your heart.  We've even removed the wintery scenes from the backgrounds of the various columns and added a bit of color, a reminder that peace and joy are to reign in our hearts. :)

The subject of our Life Stories column this month is Linda Miller, formerly of the Amish tradition, who eventually experienced a new beginning in her walk with God.  Don't miss another one of Jen's great book reviews, and be sure to read some encouragement for your spirit in the At His Feet column.  You can also share your opinion regarding our Question of the Week.
